After checking other dealerships and online prices the next day, I realized I seriously overpaid since similar newer cars were priced around $29,000–$30,000. The salesperson, Delorean, and the used car manager showed questionable pricing papers and pressured me into the deal. The car also has brake shaking and wiper issues, especially above 70 mph. When I called for help, they were rude, dismissive, and stopped responding. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. seriously i felt cheated.

We spent a lot of time going over figures and values to make sure that everything was agreeable on both sides. We took every call and you had spoken to multiple people in the dealership.

I raised pricing concerns only after the purchase, when I verified the vehicle was priced above comparable listings. A simple search shows a new Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid 2025 is typically listed around $29,000–$30,000, yet I paid $28,000 for a used vehicle with ~20,000 miles and a prior accident history. It is reasonable to question whether I would have chosen this deal instead of spending slightly more for a new vehicle.
More importantly, the vehicle has mechanical and maintenance issues that were misrepresented at the time of sale. I was told the vehicle had been serviced, yet an independent inspection indicated otherwise, and the vehicle exhibits brake vibration at highway speeds.
Despite promptly notifying your dealership, there has been no meaningful effort to inspect or resolve these issues.
This raises concerns of misrepresentation and failure to meet basic standards of merchantability. I am requesting a good-faith resolution, including inspection and repair of the issues at no cost.
