They pushed me to visit the dealership and convinced me to trade in my previous car for a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid with 19,000 miles and an accident history for $28,000. After checking other dealer to trade in my previous car for a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid with 19,000 miles and an accident history for $28,000. After checking other dealerships and online prices the next day, I realized I seriously overpaid since similar newer cars were priced around $29,000–$30,000. The salesperson, Delorean, and the used car manager showed questionable pricing papers and pressured me into the deal. The car also has brake shaking and wiper issues, especially above 70 mph. When I called for help, they were rude, dismissive, and stopped responding. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. seriously i felt cheated. More
