I was looking to purchase a pickup truck and had a trade-in. Delroy was very open and easy to work with. He went out of his way to find trucks that were in my criteria. Once we found a truck that hit exactly what I was looking for, I met with Hector in finance to get the money-side sorted out. I voiced my concerns and what my maximum payment was. He was able to secure financing lower than what he originally anticipated! He also worked an additional 2 hours after the dealership was close to finalize the financing so I could take the truck that day! It was a really great experience overall.
