The car inventory was very limited (unavailable or one car) likely a COVID-19 side-effect. Personnel were polite, informed and accommodating. The actual purchase of the car was deeply flawed by several technical/computer issues that made the process last 2.5 hours rather than the 30 min expected. Some of these issues should have been resolved prior to purchase date. Consequently, the initial training on the new car was rushed and incomplete. Two additional visits were require to complete training and resign the purchase papers that initially contained incorrect mileage for the new car. I am satisfied with my purchase, feeling of correct pricing, and indeed with the new car. More
