Also my car had a defective wiper blade and a sunscreen that needed repair. They drove 3 hours to my house to pick up my car and take it back to their service department. Now that's amazing service! Everyone is very friendly and they will ask you if you're being helped, and they always mention the lounge area to get snacks and drinks. The sales process was good, the sales people took the time to help with test drives/financing/snacks/and trade-ins. Everything was explained well. The sales managers and other sales people would engage in conversations while waiting, which made you feel comfortable. The sales managers went over and above to make sure that we kept the payment in our range, could not ask for more. My ONLY complaint is the trade-in negotiations. Since this is the ONLY negotiations for the customer now, they make it very difficult to feel that it is a fair deal for the customer. Great experience overall!! Highly recommended and will probably go there for my next car purchases in 10 years! More
