Great car buying experience. Professional and dedicated sales staff. DJ was awesome. We came in right at closing because we saw a vehicle we were searching for that just came into their lot. Our salesman DJ was professional and knowledgeable about all the tech in the car. Nice guy and easy to work with. Overall the dealer was not prepared for our delivery. The vehicle was not charged, was low o all the tech in the car. Nice guy and easy to work with. Overall the dealer was not prepared for our delivery. The vehicle was not charged, was low on washer fluid, and financing paper work had the wrong address. They also did not get the ball rolling on winter equipment I requested for delivery a month before the car hit the store. Overall I would shop there again. Nice people, fair and honest dealing (that’s huge) and delivered the exact car I wanted. Customer service could be far better. Porsche remains second to none in that department. More

What a nice experience in working with Demetrius. I live 5 hours from Rochester, so we did a lot over the phone. Demetrius was very responsive to my questions and sent requested documentation.
