Denis is what every car salesman should strive to be like. He listened to everything we had to say and gave us strait answers with no pressure. Every time I talked with him on the phone he was pleasant like. He listened to everything we had to say and gave us strait answers with no pressure. Every time I talked with him on the phone he was pleasant to speak with. About a week after we got the Sequoia we brought it in to have the ceramic coat added. Somehow the cargo net was misplaced but Denis drove all the way from Cool Springs to Clarksville to drop us off a new one. We can't recommend Denis or Toyota of Cool Springs enough. We have been loyal Nissan owners for over 20 years and Denis eased our fears of switching brands. EDIT: 6 May 2024. I had to drop 2 stars. We went back to this dealership since we had such a positive experience before. Our son is in the Navy and he wants a new 4 Runner. We went back to our salesman to ask about the new 2025's after Toyota released the info and photos on them. He told us they didn't have much info on the 2025 4 Runner's. He also said he would find out more info and call us back. But he never did. We also called our finance guy there and left a message and he too never called us back. I get it's a new redesign on a popular vehicle and corporate may not have given out too many details, but if you say you will call us back and don't, that's poor customer service. We called another Toyota dealership in Middle Tennessee and the saleslady there gave us tons of info on the 2025 4Runners. From build to ship dates and when to realisticly expect to see them on the showroom floor. We will be going to that dealership in Nashville. More

I bought a 2020 ram 1500 black widow and as soon as I drove it home and noticed the the front and rear parking sensors weren’t working. Called and spoke to the salesman who worked with me and he said he’ drove it home and noticed the the front and rear parking sensors weren’t working. Called and spoke to the salesman who worked with me and he said he’d look into it and get back with me. Called the next business day and left a message to speak to the used car sales manager and was told that he’d call me back, which he didn’t. I called back later in the day to find out that the person who was suppose to inspect the vehicle did an improper inspection and passed the vehicle with no issues the manager told me to bring the truck in and they’ll fix it. I told him that I’m a disabled veteran and that I’ll bring it when I’m done with my appts for the day. So I drive the hour and half to drop the vehicle off and the manager was acting like he was doing me a favor by checking it out. Then put me in the most uncomfortable loner vehicle. The next day I was told that it was a simple software update. I drive the 2+ hrs from the va clinic in Clarksville to pick it up and to get some sort of compensation. Because 1. This should have never been sold with these issues with SAFETY features.2. It was covered by the warranty so there was really no money out of their pocket. And 3. I could have saved 2 days and countless hrs of sitting in traffic by just going to the Dodge dealer where I live. The salesman that I spoke to when I picked up the truck said he would talk to his manager and he would be in touch.its been 2 days not and I’ve heard nothing. This was our 2nd vehicle we bought from this location and I will not go back or recommend them to anyone until I am satisfied. All in all it was a bad experience and I feel that this company didn’t care about follow on serive after the bank check cleared. More
