Unacceptable Sales Tactics & Lack of Transparency I am a returning customer and extremely disappointed with my experience at Edmond Hyundai, specifically with Denise Daughtry, Sales Assistant. I reques a returning customer and extremely disappointed with my experience at Edmond Hyundai, specifically with Denise Daughtry, Sales Assistant. I requested the lowest out-the-door price on a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe (VIN provided) and comparable VINs. Denise repeatedly refused to provide pricing unless I came in person, stating: “in order to get you pricing, you have to let me do my job… getting you here to drive it” and “my managers prioritize those who are willing to come on in.” I clearly offered to come in if the price was competitive, but was still refused and redirected to the website, with Denise saying, “I do not handle pricing myself.” This is a pressure-based tactic, not customer service. For reference, Bob Howard Hyundai provided the same out-the-door pricing quickly and without hesitation, proving Edmond Hyundai’s refusal was a choice, not a limitation. As a returning customer, I felt disrespected and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly caution anyone who values honest, upfront pricing to consider other dealerships. More
