We bought our second Acura MDX from McGrath because the sales and service staff are excellent and the pricing is reasonable for a luxury mid-size SUV (about $20K less than a Lincoln Aviator, the only compa sales and service staff are excellent and the pricing is reasonable for a luxury mid-size SUV (about $20K less than a Lincoln Aviator, the only comparable we found in assessing 6 options). Our salesperson, Denise M, was THE BEST person we've ever encountered at an automobile dealership. Her knowledge was incredible, and her congenial style was so refreshing Plus her orientation session was by far the most informative we've ever experienced. The electronics are challenging on all SUVs, but Denise simplified their functioning and ensured that we learned well. More

Never Did I Imagine Working With A Dealership This Amazing. From The Moment We Walked In Up Until We Left We Were Treated Amazing,Top Notch Customer Service. Very Friendly And Knowledgeable Staff, Originally Only When In For Price Quotes And Information However Did Leave In A Brand New Car. Denise Was The Sales Agent That Helped My Daughter And When I Tell You She Went Above And Beyond Just Like If She Was Her Own. She Worked With Us Every Step Of The Way Accommodated Our Budget And Got Us A Great Deal. Definitely Recommend Her And This Location. More

This review is for management and not the sales staff. Joe Falzone probably should not be in management as he takes things a little too personally. He chases customers away because the customer is trying to look out for their best interest and not begging to buy his car. Go elsewhere. More
