Denise called me at home and also sent emails to help me replace a used vehicle that had been totaled in a recent accident. She was friendly, helpful, but not pushy. I enjoyed working with her. She hunted some vehicles for me and then located one I found online. when I came to test drive it she had it waiting by the door. Since it was a used Ford, she even took it to the Ford dealership to have an extra key made at no cost to me. I think she went beyond expectations, too, as we got in to drive off after the sale when she said she had the gas tank filled up, too!! Thanks, Denise for extra special service. I was still a little in shock from the accident, and Denise made buying a replacement car easy. I am extremely happy with my used car purchase. It looks, smells, and drives like brand new. More
