My vehicle which I did not buy at David Dodge. However, I purchased it from another Dodge dealer certified preowned. This vehicle came with a 10 year/100000 mile power train warranty. At 72,000 m However, I purchased it from another Dodge dealer certified preowned. This vehicle came with a 10 year/100000 mile power train warranty. At 72,000 miles, I started having issues with the transmission. I brought it in to David Dodge in October 2024. It has been there six times since then. They have replaced the transmission four times since then. The last transmission they installed was in February of this year. I just had the vehicle back there again because the transmission was leaking. So needless to say, I am very very dissatisfied with this dealership service department. I did on a couple occasions. Speak to the operations manager. I had left numerous voicemails and emails for David and never received a response from him. David Dodge did provide me with a vehicle each time. My vehicle was there. Just very, very frustrating. I would like to say that the young gentleman who brings my car up for me every time is very nice and pleasant, Eric Jones. More

I had to bring me 2 year old vehicle in multiple times for the same issue. The service itself took a couple weeks to schedule. I dropped the car off the night before expecting to be one of the first to be for the same issue. The service itself took a couple weeks to schedule. I dropped the car off the night before expecting to be one of the first to be looked at (service apt was 8am). By early afternoon I needed to call back because I had not heard from service advisor. The Advisor was not helpful at all and I needed to escalate. Under advisement of the service manager I escalated with Chrysler/Jeep customer service. That was helpful. Chrysler expedited the part and was giving me free oil; changes for my trouble however the service department did not originally honor and charged me anyway, I ended up paying and that day heard again from Chrysler that the intent was for me not to pay for the oil change and then needed to contact the service department again. The Service manager refunded the fee and although was pleasant to deal with, I feel like this could have been handled much different. One addition issue I have is that when they changed the part they must have spilled radiator fluid which you can smell through vents and when exiting car. More

I really appreciate the manner in which my vehicle was handled. My daughter and I were treated with great respect and were assured by staff that everything possible was being done to complete services to handled. I have every belief that this is the norm and it can be expected every time we come to David for any issue. When we received our car, we were extremely satisfied with the care, consideration, and completed service. Just an additional note: if there are personnel involved behind the scenes with whom I didn't have the opportunity to meet and communicate, I am sorry that I am unable to formally recognize and congratulate them for a job very well done. They should be thanked on our behalf and assured we'd have done so if we were made aware of their identities and roles in the concerted effort to render a 5-star service rating. More
