I was so undecided on what car to get, Lazer went beyond his post giving us advices and knowledgeable options to help us find the best right car for me. He even brought us to the lot to see the different RAV4 trims and showed us their differences, and the test drives which i know my siblings enjoyed most (^o^) I really appreciate Lazer for being so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. On top of that they gave me a real awesome deal too! I got over $1000 discount and they took care of my previous honda lease car's excess mileage fee and remaining balance, not to mention the 0.0% financing offer they have now(Rav4s)! I purchased the RAV4 SE first but then a day later I decided to just go for the limited and these people handled me very professionally. Thank you much!!! I'm very happy and love my new suv! Then the his "manager" comes in and said he can't do anything about the price of $27000. I was ready to buy the car that day. Too bad, because of this conning dealership and its employees another unhappy customer. Never ever will go there or recommend them to anyone. More
