It's not often that one encounters such dedication and empathy in customer service, and I greatly appreciate the positive impact your team had on my buying experience. I am on my 4th purchase from Team and don’t plan on buying a vehicle from anyone else and I will certainly recommend Johnstown Team Kia to others, knowing they will receive the same exceptional care.
