When l dropped off my vehicle for the recall, I asked if they could please put antifreeze in,,,answered “yes”. Whenever I picked up my vehicle I asked if the antifreeze was added and the response was” we au they could please put antifreeze in,,,answered “yes”. Whenever I picked up my vehicle I asked if the antifreeze was added and the response was” we automatically check and add fluids. However I checked the antifreeze level and it was NOT added as I was told! More

My headlight went out on New Year’s Eve day. I called to get it replaced and thought they would probably get me in the day after New Year’s but they said no and to come in that day!
