The Dealer with a Difference When I first arrived Dennis Bridges welcomed me and took time to understand me as a person as well as what I was looking for. Soon after, we were out When I first arrived Dennis Bridges welcomed me and took time to understand me as a person as well as what I was looking for. Soon after, we were out for a demonstration and test drive where he really encouraged me to kick the tires and get comfortable with the vehicle. He also possessed a strong knowledge base and conveyed it in a way that ensured it would stick by demonstrating and letting me then take control of the experience myself. Nuances were no problem either as he quickly put me in touch with the next level of expertise within the building to ensure my questions were answered quickly. After we closed the deal, he patiently waited for me to sort out issues with my bank and then went out of his way to pick me up at the local train station when collecting my vehicle. Paperwork is paperwork but everyone seemed to help the process move along quickly and efficiently and again took the lead in resolving any issues that arose. Lots of quality freebies at wrap up was icing on the cake instead of apologizing for falling short which never happened. This is a dealership with a difference. It’s cultural here, imbedded in the fabric and not just for show. More
