I can honestly say Let's face it, we all dread the time spent in the dealership negotiating our best deal on a new car. It's different at Antwerpen! I can honestly say this was a pleasant car buying experience. After shopping around, not only did I get my best price from Antwerpen, but they helped me find even more savings AFTER we negotiated the deal. If they hadn't told me, I never would have known that my insurance company USAA was offering a $500 incentive and a professional organization I belong to was offering an additional $500 plus free service for 2 years! They truly went above and beyond and I left the dealership with $1000 more in my pocket. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! More

Outrageous Dealer Fees I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Jeep Wrangler that was listed online for approximately 34,500. I emailed the dealership and was placed in contac I was interested in purchasing a 2018 Jeep Wrangler that was listed online for approximately 34,500. I emailed the dealership and was placed in contact with Dennis Dixon. At first Dennis was very willing to answer my questions, but when I began asking for an out the door price, Dennis became less and less responsive. Finally after 3 days of emails back and forth I was provided with an out the door price of over 42,500. When I emailed Dennis back I asked for an item by item breakdown of the fees and charges that were being added to the price of the vehicle. I was told it would be provided to me shortly. At the end of that day, I called and spoke to Dennis, hoping to get some type of explanation of the dealer fees. He stated on the phone that his finace manager was busy at the moment and would call me back that the itemized breakdown in ten minutes. Needless to say, that phone call never came. The following day, I emailed Dennis again, asking for the itemized breakdown of dealer fees, and received a response later that afternoon telling me that they were uncomfortable sharing that information with me , as I would just have another dealer beat their price. I would advoid this dealer at all costs, run away as fast as you can. They are charging extreme amounts of money on top of their advertised vehicle prices. More
