My husband and I have had some really bad luck with the vehicles we had in the last 2 weeks. My transmission went out on my car, put us down to one vehicle, then a week later the head gasket went out on my vehicles we had in the last 2 weeks. All of a sudden we found ourselves without any vehicle at all.we couldn't get to work. We were stuck in a hard place. I made a phone call to Kia/Russ Darrow. They hooked me up with Dennis. I told him our situation. He began working on a plan along with his manager Rebecca for us. Knowing my husband was missing days of work, he worked on our plan all day for us. Knowing my husband and i have the worst credit along with bankruptcy on our credit, Dennis and Rebecca were able to get a 2020 Kia Forte vehicle approved through the bank for us in one day!!! We were soo happy beyond belief! Dennis and Rebecca were extremely nice. With excellent customer service. They both went above and beyond to help us out on our situation. Dennis even came in on his day off to finish what he worked on with us to close the deal. Rebecca came in earlier then expected to help finish up with Dennis. I will definitely be recommending this car dealership to others i know looking for a vehicle and recommending they talk and deal with Dennis and Rebecca. Both people are exceptionally good at what they do as for work. And can tell they both lovr what their doing. Helping people get the vehicle they want and need. They both are very down to earth people. Thank you again Dennis amd Rebecca for all that you helped us with in buying a vehicle and with our situation. It won't be forgotten.
