I was an online out of town buyer trying to buy a vehicle a thousand miles away. When I first contacted the dealership they connected me with Robert who was off for two days instead of assigning me to someo a thousand miles away. I then reached out to the dealership and Dennis Crimboli was re-assigned to me. He is a nice person but is not a good communicator. I did all the calling and texting and he along with his Manager Rick Poe seem to be reactive sales Reps and not Pro active customer service driven Reps. I did not get the feeling that they cared whether i bought the vehicle or not. I love my jeep but was saddened that they were not a customer centric organization. More
