Firas was extremely helpful and efficient to purchase our first Volvo. We weren't able to get to the dealership until right before close on a Friday night and Firas and Howar stuck around to make sure every first Volvo. We weren't able to get to the dealership until right before close on a Friday night and Firas and Howar stuck around to make sure everything was completed smoothly. I would highly recommend Firas to anyone purchasing a Volvo. He was respectful of our timeframe and considerations of other cars but in the end, helped make us make an easy decision to go with the XC90 which my wife and I love. More
