Thank you Ms. Springs for your feedback. We have looked into the circumstances regarding your purchase. I’m sure you can understand that given the substantial value of purchasing a vehicle, we as a dealer do not release any vehicles to any clients until all funds are verified and/or cleared. Along with verifying the funds, we also verify that all required documents are properly signed and completed. Given that we were shipping the vehicle to you across the country, a specified “delivery date” was not a date that we could guarantee. The date on the contract is a date that you entered into said contract and not a guaranteed delivery date, which was explained to you in great detail multiple times. During the entire transaction, we went above and beyond to satisfy all of your demands and worked with you to accommodate you every step of the way. We treated you with the same respect and courtesy that you treated us with. Upon our executive decision to terminate your transaction, we immediately made you whole on all monies that you paid for the transaction. We refunded your deposit, the inspection fee and the fee to overnight the check and sent you the documentation of each refund.
