They fixed the car up so it was in perfect working condition after carefully listening to my concerns, especially Dennis Fritz. Two years later my doorpost keypad flew off as I was driving on the highway. I went back to speak with Dennis because I was impressed by his commitment during the original purchase. When I explained my problem to him he replied that's not right and he offered to fix it. Immediately he took me to meet Darrell Havener/Auto Body Mgr. Together the 3 of put a plan in action and ordered the part. When I showed up for the appt. I left all set in less than an hour. These guys don't fool around and I've never praised a used car salesman or car dealer in my entire 75 year life. They forever changed my impression about buying a pre-owned car. Recently purchased a vehicle from krieger, and Dennis was extremely unprofessional! Everything seemed to start out fine, but once my husband showed up at the dealership and realized they hadn’t been complete extremely unprofessional! Everything seemed to start out fine, but once my husband showed up at the dealership and realized they hadn’t been completely honest regarding the condition of the truck and it was filthy!!(they knew for 3 days that he would be there).. Instead of owning up to the fact, he had a hundred excuses and was very rude. They tried to get my husband to not go through with the purchase because they had other interest and we happened to be the first to inquire about the truck. My husband was extremely frustrated and as he was leaving Dennis informed him they had gone back and “listened to our phone calls” and they had told me 4x that truck wasn’t ready for sale. 1) that was completely a lie, he never said that once! What he did say is they were putting a new bumper on the truck and would make sure it was ready to go when my husband arrived at the dealership. 2) if a vehicle isn’t ready for sale and can’t be ready within 3 days it doesn’t need to be listed on any site for sale!! Julie Lengle, their customer care rep., was very helpful and always ready to assist us any way she could. We went over from Indy on a Sat. and met our salesman Andy Bias who took us back to look at the car. This car was kept inside their showroom since they purchased it in the spring. The car was detailed and looked great. Dennis Fritz and Andy did a great job getting us through the process and Harold Samour did an excellent job securing financing for us. We were staying in Columbus for the weekend and Dennis was kind enough to keep the car inside until Sunday afternoon, when he came in on his off day to get the car out and have it ready for us to pick up! Great work by all! We even got a great recommendation for a steak house for dinner! Thanks again! More
