Well let me start by saying that we had a wonderful experience with the salesman named Sebastian. But, can't say that we had a wonderful experience with the sales department at Lincoln and that experie experience with the salesman named Sebastian. But, can't say that we had a wonderful experience with the sales department at Lincoln and that experience the 2-star rating. I got assigned with a person at sales department because the Lincoln Navigator Reserve started having problems maybe 3 days after purchasing and the communication and a lot more other things were horrible. They make it seem like if it was a bother to find out what is wrong with the vehicle and only way I got an update was when I lost my patience. I had my vehicle for a little over a month now and it the Navigator has been at service three different times. The Navigator still has problems that shouldn't have been a case and now I'm literally hesitant to even call them. I love the Vehicle and that's why I bought it but honestly it has been a needless nightmare!!!! More
