He put exactly what i was looking for (bigger screen, along the same price as my other car) along with what i needed (4W, good on gas) into my 2017 escape and i couldnt be happier! Coming in with a newborn, we were in and out in less then 2 hours. Before we left, Dennis made sure my phone was hooked up to my car with all the appropriate apps and showed me all the new technology that came with my car! I have received a follow-up from Dennis and the dealership on my experiance and i couldnt be happier! More

Dennis is one of the most friendly and personable sales reps I have worked with, he always makes you feel welcomed and never makes you feel like there is any pressure to do anything other than your initial intention. I had an early lease turn-in which can often be difficult to put together where it makes sense financially, but, Dennis was able to work with the great team at Royal Oak Ford to get the car I wanted at less than my initial budget. Dennis also offered me a breakfast sandwich while I was there, which was appreciated as it was an early appointment and I had not eaten anything, a small but very nice touch that I did not anticipate. Dennis has also followed-up several times since my car purchase looking to ensure my satisfaction. I would give Dennis and the entire Royal Oak Ford support team my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle!!!! More
