He was very knowledgeable of the different makes and models of bmw. He could explain the different types of engines and was confident in explaining the components on the vehicles. Easy with walking me through the ordering and customizing my 540i. He listened to my needs and observed I enjoy to drive and didn’t force me into a 4 cylinder. As much as I wanted a vehicle sooner he convinced me and closed me on going to South Carolina to pick up my car and get the ultimate driving experience. Thank you for your help. The only negative thing I’d have to say was there wasn’t a 540 2021 in the dealership to test drive. I had to drive an older model..... More

My intent when going into Casey BMW was solely to test drive a car to figure out what I’d like to get in the future; however, I met the most charismatic salesman ever and could not leave without making a drive a car to figure out what I’d like to get in the future; however, I met the most charismatic salesman ever and could not leave without making a purchase! Jon was very knowledgeable friendly, and funny. He very patiently showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle, and even went so far as to set up and program apps and features while I was tied up with paperwork. The dealership itself was clean and I felt very comfortable in it during this pandemic. The finance manager was also friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable while signing my life away lol.. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again, and Jon Garcia will be my forever salesman! More
