Painless Process, Great Experience After researching the Toyota XLE for a few months and researching different dealerships I ended up choosing Boch Toyota because they offered the best After researching the Toyota XLE for a few months and researching different dealerships I ended up choosing Boch Toyota because they offered the best pricing, some people claim pricing isn't "Everything" however it is very important as we can all agree. I asked several Toyota dealerships for basic numbers on the new vehicle and the majority of them wouldn't disclose this information to me(Which is an immediate turn off). My biggest turn off about purchasing a new car is the "Salesman waiting outside" and the "Spent 4 hours at the dealership" Bull****. Dennis Hoatson was extremely helpful via Bochs online platform, he answered all my questions promptly and respectfully however was not available upon arrival so Majed Abdalla helped us. He was amazing, he brought us to an overflow lot to see what colors Toyota offered the vehicle in and explained in detail all the new features the Highlander had. My wife liked a certain color combo that Boch did not have in their stock, so they sourced the vehicle for us. It only took a few days and wasn't a big deal as we didn't need the car right away anyhow. The day we picked up the vehicle, Boch was extremely busy however Majed made sure my wife had her bluetooth connected and gave her another tutorial of the vehicle which he didn't have to do as the showroom was packed. Much appreciated Majed All in all it was a great experience as I was at the dealership for probably an hour for a combination of both visits. So I just wanted to personally thank both Majed and Denny for their GREAT customer service and help. Absolutely will be back! -Shannon Heger More

I had a fantastic experience at Boch Toyota with Denny! I had a great first impression as soon as I met Denny. He was super honest and kind and I felt like I could trust him. I was skeptical about whether I should get a Camry and he actually introduced me to the Rav 4. He thoroughly explained all of the benefits of each of the vehicles I was interested in and in the end I decided to go with the Rav 4 per his suggestion. I loveeeee it! He worked well with me and listened to my needs/concerns as far as what type of a vehicle I wanted to drive home with. When I told him I wish I could have some sour patch watermelon candies he got it for me! What a guy! I told two of my dental colleagues to reach out to Denny about potentially purchasing a Rav 4. He is the best! More

He explained the process clearly then performed not only the sales functions but also liaison with my insurance company. In so doing, he simplified the process for me and rolled my anxiety out the door. Moreover, Denny's exceptional competence arrived with an easy friendliness which I appreciated. I would tell the management staff at Boch Toyota what a terrific fellow and valuable employee Denny is but I am sure they are well aware of that! My experience this t The previous dealer I worked with before this purchase was for our 2014 RAV4 3 years ago, and it was unpleasant to say the least. My experience this time, however, was quite different. The only things I care about when purchasing a vehicle are: Don't waste my time, don't try to play games when I ask questions, don't try to mislead me, and show a little enthusiasm (ie. You like selling cars, it's not just a way to get a pay check). It was quite refreshing when walking in the other day to get Denny, who appeared to genuinely like working with customers. He quickly determined my experience level with cars and was able to keep up interesting conversation about the technical aspects of the vehicle I was testing. It did not feel fake or forced; Almost like I was talking to a buddy at work about the "cool new car that popped up in the news". He also had an "apprentice" watching him work, who was also friendly and seemed enthusiastic about selling cars (I'm sure he will do well at Boch). The BIGGEST plus, however, was that he got everything done quickly and kept me updated. I did not have to make a single call to get updates, and was able to take my car home the day after I took my test drive. Plates, inspection, and installation of accessories were done in a single day. Thanks for making such a large purchase so stress free. More
