Overall it was a great experience It was a very stressful process for me but everyone was very helpful. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is the sales guy did not cancel my pl It was a very stressful process for me but everyone was very helpful. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is the sales guy did not cancel my plates my insurance company was upset they didn’t just do it. I had to stay on the line with the RMV for two hours. I told him to transfer my plates he said new plates would be easier not sure that’s the case for me. Other than that the service was great! Finance was also great I spent more time with them than the sales guy. I am missing two other finance guys names but they were great. More
