Truly shocking experience… not in a good way. We were enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a p enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a price that was *3 times* more expensive per month. This was because they added nearly $8000 dollars in extra dealer fees and add-ons (not tax and doc-fees). They actually tried to assure us that all of these “dealer options” were *standard* for all cars they sell, and would *say* that they don’t play games or mark-up cars. However, that’s exactly what they did - they hid nearly 8000$ in markup as “dealer options”, tried to triple the price on our budget, and then had the audacity to try to tell us it was perfectly normal. On top of all of this, the salesman and manager failed to acknowledge my fiancé, who was there the entire time, but was never spoken to. When we went to leave, both addressed me by name and didn’t so much as look in her direction. We went to surprise Subaru instead and purchased our new car there. More

I have just bought an amazing 2016 Subaru Outback from Camelback Subaru. It was a great experience. I have been driving a Prius for 12 years and needed to replace it. I wanted a car with a little more roa Camelback Subaru. It was a great experience. I have been driving a Prius for 12 years and needed to replace it. I wanted a car with a little more road clearance that didn't hate dirt as much as my Prius. I looked on line and narrowed it down to 10 cars. I went looking. When I got to Camelback Subaru I was tired and frustrated. Immediately KZ Hotta sat me down and listened to my desires. I explained that I needed a good experience for my husband who would be coming with me on the test drive. We set up a time. KZ had a beautiful new Outback ready when we came. It was great, but now I wanted a deal. Did he have a good used Outback in their inventory? We left that day and I was thinking that I needed to find myself a good Outback or Forester. Instead KZ called me the next day with the perfect car at the perfect price. He really worked hard and came through for me. I recommend him and the team that worked with him. I have never had a better experience when buying a car. More
