Always a DEPARTURE from the norm!!!! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from World Subaru!!!! Dennis is the Best Salesman a person could wish for!!! When I got to the finance portion, I thought I had one more department to go and was nervous the "Screwing" was coming. I got a smile and a hand shake and was wished well with my new purchase!!!! From the moment I stepped in the door, Dennis made me feel welcome. It was the quickest and most relaxed test driving experiences I've ever had. Dennis knows Subarus and is conversant enough about competitors cars to convince me why Subaru was a superior car. I went back the next day with my wife and she loved the car from the moment she drove it off the lot. Dennis answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Kristen expedited our finance paperwork to get us on the road, and Nicole was very thorough going through setting up some key car features so that our first trip home was safe and pleasant.
