It was such a great experience. Dennis was very helpful and upfront about everything. He answered all my questions, and assisted me in finding the best car for me with the best deal. Chaos 101 Made appointment in advance to check availability and test drive vehicle interested in purchasing. Was greeted by sales person immediately when I ar Made appointment in advance to check availability and test drive vehicle interested in purchasing. Was greeted by sales person immediately when I arrived, however; vehicle was not ready as requested. 30 minutes later the vehicle was pulled up to the side of the store, however; was very unclean and so low on gas that we had to limit our test drive to 10 minutes as to not run out of fuel and be stranded. Fortunately we had previously test drove a similar vehicle, however; did not purchase it at that dealership as they did not have exact color and interior we desired. We proceeded to purchase the vehicle, as we had already received the internet price, however; it then took another 3 1/2 hours of sitting waiting to finally to see the Finance Manager to sign paperwork. The Finance Manager (David) was extremely proficient and nice and had us out of his office in 10 minutes. We then had to wait another hour to finally receive the keys and take possession of the vehicle. Needless to say very disappointed in the overall service at this dealership and was quite surprised to see many of the employees not wearing masks given the current Covid 19 pandemic. The good news is we love the new CRV thus far! More
