I expected a lot more from a Bank of America approved dealership but i was sadly mistaken. I go in with a pre approved loan, and they still decided to run my credit. Then once i find a car i like they le dealership but i was sadly mistaken. I go in with a pre approved loan, and they still decided to run my credit. Then once i find a car i like they let me leave with the vehicle. Then a month later they call to inform me that it didn’t fit the rules of my pre approved loan and that i would have to come back to the dealership to find another loan. They get me a loan with their financial institution and they still don’t file the loan properly leading to a lapse in my payments. I will never get another car from this dealership. It’s been nothing but a headache. More

My recent purchase on December 21, 2020 was even smoother than the first time and I’m ecstatic that sometimes you have to be lucky to get something to turn out right the first time but for it to happen twice is so fulfilling. Everyone I came into contact with whether the communication was face to face, by phone, or text, did an outstanding job and I applaud and commend them for being a championship team. I thank everyone involved very much for a job well done, delivering great customer service, and making custom loyalty meaningful. I wrote a letter to the CEO of Honda North America expressing my gratitude and giving credit to all involved (sorry I inadvertently left out Matt’s name and credit to him too).
