I surprised myself as I thought for sure that another 4-Runner would best suit my needs but when I test drove a Sienna, I fell in love with it, over another 4-Runner. Overall dealership experience was great. I've had nothing but issues/unpleasant experiences at Toyota of Grand Rapids and Jim made the short drive to Battle Creek so worth my time. More
