From the moment that I began looking on the lot for a used car, he was very patient and non-intrusive. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be attended to, and he corrected them, after the sale-which was amazing. Dennis in the financing department also looked for the best rate possible, and he nailed it. I love my car, and I will go back to Sunshine Toyota for my next vehicle - without a doubt! More

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer. the first experience was very good and the second was just as pleasant thus the reason for the long drive to the dealer.. The salesman jim frolic was friendly,helpful and very professional. He offered advice on options and made suggestions that fit our expectations. The finance manager was quick accurate and i could not ask for any more..Dennis did a fine job. Sorry I cant remember the sales managers name but he finalized the deal that made us very happy. We leased our new Toyota Avalon.....its been a long time since I leased ...but the idea of a new car in three years is fine with me.....I expect this new avalon will last a long time and you never know I may buy out the lease and keep it..........the lease was proposed by the salesman and made sense to us.....and it it saved us a few dollars per month.... I would recommend this dealership to and new car buyer.... More

We bought a pre-owned we had seen listed online and it was expertly cleaned before we took possession. Have had other family who have used this dealership - now we know why. We had two small kids with us, a hot day, wiggly kids....and had several people offer us water (and or other drinks/snacks), smiles and friendliness - so necessary with little kids. Would definitely consider using again and no reservations about recommending the overall dealership and the salesman, Dannie, we worked with. Very satisfied. More

However when it came to Dennis in finance by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did he keep me waiting thirty minutes past my appointment when I declined a service he rolled his eyes and basically didn't speak the rest of the process. I received no thank for buying a car and I felt what most woman feel when buying a car. Sunshine Toyota has on their website woman to woman. Great but what about after the amazing salesperson? I regret buying my car because of the treatment I recieved from Dennis in finance I would never recommend sunshine Toyota. great car great salesperson wonder how service will be not sure owner and general manager care.
