We were looking for a used car. From the beginning, the sales person seemed very uninterested in selling us a car. We called 3 hours before arrival to confirm the car we wanted was there and not sold. Af sales person seemed very uninterested in selling us a car. We called 3 hours before arrival to confirm the car we wanted was there and not sold. After we sat and waited over thirty minutes for the sales person to pull up the car, he came back to tell us it was sold. He offered us to look at another car. We agreed...over 40 minutes later we were told first by the sales person and manager they couldn’t find the car and then ultimately they claimed the car was not ready to be test driven yet. Would we like to come back another day when it was ready? Boch you cannot keep track of your own inventory??No we don’t want to come back !!!!!! Drove an hour to and an hour from your dealer to drive nothing. A complete waste of time!!!! Would never go here again for a used or new car after this very poor experience. Complete turn off!!!! More

Amazing Customer Service and No Pressure I was fortunate to get to work with Dennis Young, who was not only super knowledgeable about the different models of the Passport and their many featu I was fortunate to get to work with Dennis Young, who was not only super knowledgeable about the different models of the Passport and their many features and options, he was also incredibly patient and kind. There was no pressure whatsoever and he answered all of my questions and spent hours with me making sure I was comfortable with the car, even after I bought it. He even went out of his way to pick me up when the car was ready to bring me to the dealership so I wouldn't have to find a ride. When I arrived to pick up the car, he had already preset my music and spent even more time making sure I understood everything about the car before I left. He was very patient in helping me learn ApplePlay and reviewing (again!) the other features I wasn't familiar with. He is a really good listener and it was fun spending the day shopping with him! Would definitely go back to Boch and Dennis again and have already sent friends. I also had a great experience during the week before I went into the dealership e-mailing with Dawn DeMarzo, who was the internet liason. She quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions and she and Dennis both made me feel like they were trying to find all of the incentives and offers available to make the Passport more affordable. This is the first Honda I have owned, but the quality of service (along with the great new Passport style and features) helped convince me to try a Honda over the competitor's model that I was leaning toward before stopping at Boch. More

Process long and awful when it comes to followup My husband and I bought a crv last Friday and the whole process was tedious. Ok we were fine with that. By the time it came to finance, there were only two people in finance team and both had customers. This was at 9pm. Dennis our sales guy who was great at the time, but never followed up with us even though he said he would, said the customers will need another 30 mins or so and then it will take us an hour. We left because we had a newborn with us. So we came back sat, every thing went smoothly. Dennis said he would reach out to us either email or phone about letting us know when we can do our state inspection sticker. He never reached out. I had also called the manager and left him a voicemail. He never called back .I called Tues, wed, Thurs and Fri. Finally a receptionist Jasmine helped me on Friday. Thank God! I am so disappointed because I have always driven Toyota and gone next door for all my vehicles. Not coming back here again and would not recommend. More
