A stress free new car purchase I’m not very good at writing reviews, but I’ll give it a try. I first approached Columbiana CJD through their website to receive a quote on a minivan. I’m not very good at writing reviews, but I’ll give it a try. I first approached Columbiana CJD through their website to receive a quote on a minivan. Shortly after, I was contacted by company representative Denny Thompson. We discussed my desires regarding a van and set up an appointment. From that point forward, Mr. Thompson took pains to thoroughly go over the vehicles, options and financing available for me and answer any questions or concerns I may have had. When it came time to complete the transaction, both Mr. Thompson and Jason Allison of the Finance Dept. again reviewed all options and alternatives with me, then proceeded to expedite my purchase as smoothly as possible. During the whole experience, I never felt any type of pressure from the staff or hesitation in addressing my questions or concerns. The relaxed atmosphere created by both Denny and Jason made the overall experience most pleasant and stress free. When the time came to release the minivan to me, Mr. Thompson again went over the features of my van and made sure I understood and was aware of all of them. He also assured me that he would be available should I have any questions in the future. We discussed the Service Dept. but I did not have a chance to view it. I expect though that I’ll be dealing with them aa time goes by. Because of the smooth and relaxed experience created by the staff with regards to my new purchase, I will not hesitate to “Tell a friend” about dealing with Columbiana CJD as far as buying a new vehicle. I would like to thank both Denny and Jason for their help with purchasing my new Grand Caravan. More
