I wasn’t satisfied. I called an told Denzel I didn’t like the car and I didn’t want it. He told me I couldn’t bring it back and a bunch of other lies. Denzel was excellent to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicles, offered to let us try and view several vehicles to find the right one, which we purchased. I would highly recommend working with him ag the vehicles, offered to let us try and view several vehicles to find the right one, which we purchased. I would highly recommend working with him again. Our issue is with the length of time it took to get the paperwork done after we had already had pre approved financing with Rave credit union (we had the letter saying Classic was a preferred dealership) and the fact after waiting 3 hrs to close the deal and take the car, the car was not detailed and cleaned. Those issues were not Denzel’s fault and he did his best to keep us informed on the situation causing the delay. More
