Avoid South Charlotte Nissan. > This was quite literally the worst service experience I’ve ever had, though unfortunately, poor service seems to be a recurring theme here. I brought my car in because it was leaking oil. I was explicitly told by Brandon that he would call me with a proper diagnosis before any work began. > Unsurprisingly, I never received that call. Instead, I just got an automated text telling me what the repairs would be, leaving me completely in the dark. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I discovered I had been overcharged by $1,500 for repairs that were completely unrelated to the actual oil leak I brought the car in for. > Sneaking in unnecessary, unrelated repairs without customer approval is dishonest business practice at its finest. This entire experience has completely turned me off not just from South Charlotte Nissan, but from the Nissan brand as a whole. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere else. More
