While looking for a truck, I checked I bought a used F-150 yesterday, excellent vehicle, good price. Deon Valentine was an excellent guy to work with. While looking for a truck, I checked on-line at every dealer within 50 miles for a good, low mileage F-150. Most dealers had one that met some of my requirements; Kistler had three good trucks that met my requirements. After talking to them, they knew the trucks and what to stock. After checking blue books values on three different sites, they were pricing fairly as well. They were also just great to work with. Everyone I talked to listened to me, they were relaxed, and they tried to work with me to find the right vehicle for me. I did not feel the typical pressure and sales games I have at other dealerships. I will definately go back again the next time my family needs a vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase in terms of the quality of the truck, the price, the trade in value they gave me for my old truck. Plus very nice just to have good people to work with where you don't feel pressured into a vehicle that doesn't quite meet your needs or is overpriced. I think these people are doing it right. I also got my wife's car detailed and complete brake job, rotors and pads, which was a great experience as well. More

"Great Overall Experience" My husband and I were looking to trade in our current SUV for a smaller vehicle. We visited a few dealerships and wasn't quite sold. So on our way home we decided to stop in and check out Kistler Ford. We were met by employee Deon Valentine. He showed us around the lot and 2 fusion peak our interest. After going over the specs and options that both vehicle had to offer, we knew that our selection was the best choice for our family. The process was very informative and quick. My experience at Kistler Ford on Friday March 7th was awesome. I was skeptical about what I wanted however I knew I needed a vehicle immediately. I had done some homework on Ford credit, cars (Fusion a awesome. I was skeptical about what I wanted however I knew I needed a vehicle immediately. I had done some homework on Ford credit, cars (Fusion and Edge) and financing available so from that aspect I was prepared. Deon was awesome to work with, great customer service, and great knowledge of cars and financing. He was patient and genuinely cared for what I wanted and what I could afford. He explained and provided several options for me based on my needs and financial situation. I was able to test drive several vehicles and there was a variety of cars to choose from. Deon worked things out based on the added features I was looking for (tint, sunroof) in the car and also persuaded me out of my comfort zone color (black). I left with a car far more than what I expected. When it was all said and done, I leased a 2014 Indigo Blue Fusion with a sunroof, voice, navigation, tint and touch features. I love it! The timing was great and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision however I was given facts. Once I did make a decision, my car was cleaned and paperwork was ready within a few hours which was good for me. I thought this would be a stressful decision however it was nothing like I thought and everything there made me feel comfortable and process seamless. Facility and lot was clean and organized. Other salesman where friendly and came to chat throughout the process. I was even offered some lunch:) This is my first BRAND new car and I am glad I went to Kistler Ford! Love Love Love....what a Blessing they are! More

I came in to Kistler to check out the new vehicles and to possibly trade in my truck. I got in a little later than I told Rebecca I would be in so when I had to wait 15 minutes, it was to be expected. I had possibly trade in my truck. I got in a little later than I told Rebecca I would be in so when I had to wait 15 minutes, it was to be expected. I had no problems there. The man I saw asked me what I planned to do today and we were on our way. It took him a long time to get a hold of the car I was going to test drive so that was slightly annoying. I took the 14 Fiesta for a spin and it drove great. Wasn't exactly what I was looking for (it was a hatchback and I was looking for a sedan) but I was checking out more than that either way. After the test drive he looked over my truck and told me a number that I was not happy with. I was at a different Ford earlier that day and the other Ford offered me $1500 more than what Kistler did. And the man at Kistler even promised me I would not find a higher price than that anywhere. No big deal. The entire time I was with this man he seemed very uninterested in his work. He seemed like he wanted to get me in and out so he could move on to the next person. Another gentleman (I have no idea who he was) even asked him to hurry up onto the next person anxiously waiting. I was quite dissatisfied with that. Rebecca was very friendly and the highlight of my visit. She seemed very happy to have me there. More
