It is always a chore getting a price on a car, negotiation should not be allowed. There should be a price and if a sale the discount. Why does this have to be? When I go to a store at the mall I know the price and the discount if there is one. Why should cars be so different. Cash doesn't have any discount any more. Taking out a loan at over 9% so the dealer will lower the price is awful! I don't feel that I got a fair deal, but that would be at any car dealer. Car dealers are the worst! More

We bought a new Telluride and noticed scratches on the trim of the front grill the day we purchased it. We were told that we would get a call to bring it in for repair. This was my first new car and they wouldn’t give me 24 hours to decide without me putting money down. Then they told me they got me the lowest interest rate but when I said I couldn’t afford the gap insur hours to decide without me putting money down. Then they told me they got me the lowest interest rate but when I said I couldn’t afford the gap insurance or warranty they all of sudden found a lower rate. I also asked to see lower priced cars and I wasn’t allowed to walk around alone, and the dealer only showed me cars that were more expensive than the one i inquired about. I love the car but wish they would’ve worked with me to find one in my price range. More
