Best car buying experience I've ever had! ! The inventory was, WOW! SSOOO many cars! The energy was amazing, both staff and customers! Definitely is the best managed dealership I have ever s ! The inventory was, WOW! SSOOO many cars! The energy was amazing, both staff and customers! Definitely is the best managed dealership I have ever seen, obviously is ran by phenomenal leadership! TV's literally everywhere, charging/business stations, beverages... the WORKS! Christian (our sales person) was outstanding! The finance guy (I'm so sorry, I don't recall his name but it was a very unique name... started with a "B")... I have NEVER had so much fun doing the "paperwork" when buying a car! He and the rest of the staff were top notch!! It was noticeably a great place to work! 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Experience was so good...???... we got TWO cars!! Great work KIAPC, we WILL be back!! More

Everyone at Kia was so inviting and friendly. Offered water and snacks throughout the while process especially to my little ones. Even went out of his way and got her a coloring book. To be honest, I was absolutely dreading walking into the dealership. Think I would rather have my toenails pulled than go through the new car buying process. I have to admit though, the process went smoot dealership. Think I would rather have my toenails pulled than go through the new car buying process. I have to admit though, the process went smoothly with no major issues. The initial set up through Brianna was great, Frank was an amazing salesman, very patient and knowledgeable and Joey was easy to deal with and quick to explain each step. Heck, even the finance manager Daniel was a great guy and I usually hate those people. Overall, no complaints at all, the team was great to work with at the Port Charlotte Kia dealership and I would recommend giving them a visit! More

Unfortunately, my opinion is not a positive one. Throughout my life in the U.S., I have gone through the process of buying cars on several occasions, but never has it been as unpleasant or left me f Throughout my life in the U.S., I have gone through the process of buying cars on several occasions, but never has it been as unpleasant or left me feeling as uninformed as it did in this instance. They attempted to resolve the matter in their own way—a manner that felt like a slap in the face. To avoid a confrontation between my husband and the staff members who assisted us, I accepted their offer, and we left. I do not enjoy writing reviews like this, but we felt uncomfortable throughout the process; it seemed as though what was being discussed verbally did not match what was written in the paperwork. Once I arrived home and reviewed all the documents, my frustration was immense, so I returned to the dealership to try and resolve the issues stemming from the misinformation I felt I had received. I had to return again the following day—at which point things did change—but ultimately, we were left feeling exploited and misinformed. We are not happy with our purchase, but we are not the type of people to cause trouble; in a way, we have simply accepted that we will eventually move past this negative experience. More
