I felt I received poor service from the dealership service department. I brought my F-150 in due to the engine light. I was told they knew what the issue was and that it would cost $650 to fix (they service department. I brought my F-150 in due to the engine light. I was told they knew what the issue was and that it would cost $650 to fix (they thought wires had been compromised due to rodents). The area was associated with the fuel injectors. Unfortunately they found out there were wrong and there were no issues with the wires. And then they discovered that since it was a ford truck, they were not able accurately diagnose what the issue was. Their best guess was one out of the two of the fuel injectors were bad and they suggested replacing both or take it long Mac to accurately find the one bad injector. So I paid $650 nothing. I then took it long Mac and they ended up resetting the PCM for $145. I wish your service department would suggested me taking it to long Mac, prior to charging me $650 and keeping my truck for 4 days. I was in and out of long for $145 and 2 hours! The worst part was your service department trying to explain and justify the ripoff! More
