Recently I took my 20 year-old Pontiac to Holm Buick GMC for two service recalls. This was the first time I had been there and was amazed at how kind and considerate Derek acted both when I arrived and aft for two service recalls. This was the first time I had been there and was amazed at how kind and considerate Derek acted both when I arrived and after the repairs. Everything was explained very well, there were no surprises, and it was a very pleasant experience. Also, you don't feel like you are being herded through things like with some dealerships. The vibe seems more like the people truly want to help out any way they can. More

Derek Duncan did very good job communicating about when the part arrived. The ease of getting an appointment and automated reminders were also appreciated. I think I will do some price shopping before goin the part arrived. The ease of getting an appointment and automated reminders were also appreciated. Had a repair to our drivers side seat. They said it's a common problem. Asked them to order the part. After not hearing from them in a month I called to see if the part ever came in. Th They said it's a common problem. Asked them to order the part. After not hearing from them in a month I called to see if the part ever came in. They said oh yes, it is here. After a $300 repair there is still a crack in it, which will lead to having this problem again. Was told there's nothing they can do about it. More

Holm's service team does a great job. They go the extra mile to let me know what is going on when performing maintenance and repairs. Great source when purchasing tires too.
