Initially, I had a decent car buying experience. I did not feel pressured. When I went to pick up my car, it was a very different experience. I had called earlier in the day and spoken with Troy to I did not feel pressured. When I went to pick up my car, it was a very different experience. I had called earlier in the day and spoken with Troy to tell them I was going to be coming in to pick up my car after work. He said he would inform Derek and they would have the car ready. I arrived and waited 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by anyone. I had to walk up to someone and ask to be helped. My car was not ready as promised. I had to continue to wait for the license to tags to be put on. When I finally got my car, all the tire pressure lights were on saying low pressure. Not a great experience. More

I’ve got the vehicle at the dealership now. I left that night after 10pm with a 2 1/2 hour trip home only to see that it only had 1/4 tank of gas and the car shook every time I pressed the bre I left that night after 10pm with a 2 1/2 hour trip home only to see that it only had 1/4 tank of gas and the car shook every time I pressed the breaks. The dealership said that the routers needed to be replaced when y’all put new brake pads on. Now I’m having to replace all brake hardware as it is do damaged. I’m out $2,700.00 left your place less than a week ago with a shaking car. More
