Got back to me right away on a car I was interested in. Professional. Courteous. We were only $500 apart and could not come to a deal, but he was upfront that he had no room to negotiate. Our vehicle buying experience was top notch! It was completely stress free, and Glen made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 BigHorn night from Kayser. I worked with Glen but also talked a bit with Scott and Derek. Everyone there was absolutely fantastic! Could not be more pleased with the Dealership. I have been buying cars for a long time and was very impressed and I have worked with high end car dealerships and strictly used car dealerships.... The K been buying cars for a long time and was very impressed and I have worked with high end car dealerships and strictly used car dealerships.... The Kaiser Chrysler Center in Watertown ranks #1 on my list. No high pressure, everyone helps each other, they have a an accommodating attitude and they do not take themselves too serious. I would say Authentic in everything they do. They let me take the care home for a couple hours, held the car for a week until I secured my payment, picked me up 20 minute drive time to pick up the car, spent 45 minutes giving a thorough orientation and more. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff up and down the dealership. I would recommend this Dealership above the rest for New or Used Autos. More

Eric helped me over the phone so I made sure to ask for him when I arrived at the dealership. He took the time and patience to listen to my reason for being at Kayser and the vehicle I was interested in. A him when I arrived at the dealership. Although Eric had other customers who had an appointment that day (vs. me being a walk-in), he made sure I was being helped and got back to me as soon as he could to assist. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. When I told him the next day that there was something wrong with the headlights on my used Jeep, he advised me to bring it back to have it evaluated by Kayser (needed new stock headlights instead of the installed after-market ones). Since I live 1 hour away and work 2 hours away, Eric was visibly disappointed when he saw my face on the following day because Service had forgotten to call to tell me the new headlights hadn't arrived, yet there I was to pick up my Jeep. I know I am a high maintenance person but he never made me feel that way. Eric really looks out for his customers and I highly recommend him! I think the dealership is A+ too! All nice, friendly guys who know how to work together as team! And thank you, Eric, for your service! My father and father-in-law were both Army veterans in World War II. More

Great experience, the way it should be Everyone here was wonderful. Very friendly, cooperative, and willing to work with you, your needs and situation. Everyone seemed very upfront about the way things work at the dealership including bottom line pricing, non-commission and the family feel for themselves within the dealership. While it was nice to not feel a real need to haggle the price, it's just not something that a person is accustomed to anymore. We tried anyway because it's pretty much ingrained in a person and we were gently reminded the way things work here. It's really the way things should be. The only negative I can really come up with is that because of being noncommissoned, you kind of get passed around to whomever is available. It's not a real problem, and won't keep me from coming back, but it does cause more explaining. I was also surprised that there was no real vehicle inspection or talk of "we-owe". But perhaps that just because we've never bought a vehicle that was so nearly new and "we-owe" is for vehicles with more miles on them. More

Then we phoned Kayser Center and scheduled an appointment with Derek. When we arrived, Derek greeted us at the door and spent hours answering our many questions and showing us trucks that matched our needs. We soon settled on a few possibilities and after a discussion of rebates and financing options we were on our way to purchase a great truck at a fair price. Derek was enthusiastic, gave us his full attention and answered all our RAM related questions. We were very happy dealing with Derek and his help in finding the right truck for our needs. More

Email with a question and get bombarded with emails. When I question the price. DERRICK TALKED AND CIRCLES. He then got mad that I didn't want to come in to the dealership until he stated how low he was well I question the price. DERRICK TALKED AND CIRCLES. He then got mad that I didn't want to come in to the dealership until he stated how low he was welling to drop the over all price. He offered to drop off $100. When I asked if the was a final price after all his fees. He refused to answer me and said he didn't want to go back and forth. I just wanted to know if he was welling or able to negotiate the price and if so then give me a straight answer on the final price!! More

Purchase of a vehicle Scott Bornick was the initial point of contact for a Jeep Trailhawk that I was interested in. Not only did Scott go above and beyond to make sure questions were answered but the rest of the staff also made our experience very pleasant. More
