I walked into automotive avenues for a second time in two weeks and met with Derek again. He’s patient and doesn’t push you, he explained everything and worked with me as best as he could. He showed my gf an weeks and met with Derek again. He’s patient and doesn’t push you, he explained everything and worked with me as best as he could. He showed my gf and I multiple cars and let us make the decision. Izzy came out of nowhere as the financial manager when I was signing paperwork. Words can’t even explain how much he saved us, it was after they closed and we started looking at cars 8k over the price we got approved for. He got us better apr rates and saved us from making a bad decision. We got approved for a car 5 years newer, 8k more with 50k less miles than the one I was originally looking at but kept my monthly payments the same. Warranty, gap insurance, everything included. Helped us get the best deal on insurance as well as a car that we thought was out of reach at the time. Definitely going to go back for my gfs car in the near future. I spoke with Larry from online sales. He set up an appt. where I met Derek Massio, the salesman. Derek showed me the car I was interested in. He was very informative, he was not pushy or trying to rush me into a decision. He let me take the car for a test drive. He said drive it until you feel comfortable. When I returned, Derek asked how I liked the car. I told him that I was ready to buy it. Everything from buying to financing to bringing it home went very smooth. I would highly recommend Derek. We came to Automotive Avenues from Pennsylvania to try a specific car we saw online. We were promptly greeted by Derek Massio who made us feel right at home and had the car in front of us within minutes. Af specific car we saw online. We were promptly greeted by Derek Massio who made us feel right at home and had the car in front of us within minutes. After a few minutes and a short test drive, we realized the car we came 2 hours to see would not meet our needs. With absolutely no pressure, but a sincere desire to help us, Derek turned to his computer and found 3 other vehicles on the lot that were nearly identical. The second car he showed us was perfect. We got a great price on a premium vehicle and a very fair offer for our trade. Automotive Avenues is very impressive. They have nearly 800 cars on the lot and the place runs like a well the oiled machine. Derek treated us with respect and addressed each of our questions in a straightforward and honest way. He and his associate John, helped us with financing the new vehicle, and explained an extended warranty we chose to purchase. Derek will be the first person I call whenever we or a friend need to car in the future. More

I first came in to automotive avenues to see a 2021 Kia forte I worked with me Marco and mr Dan. .However I was not pleased with the vehicle I chose so I went back and met Mr Izzy! Mr izzy was extremely forte I worked with me Marco and mr Dan. .However I was not pleased with the vehicle I chose so I went back and met Mr Izzy! Mr izzy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped me to return the Kia and get into a beautiful Volkswagen which I am very pleased with he also was able to get me a much lower interest rate with the credit union! thank you Izzy for all of your guidance and help is greatly appreciated More
