I had purchased a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for my I had purchased a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for my daughter which had several after market lights on it which did not work. The salesmen (Jon I had purchased a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for my daughter which had several after market lights on it which did not work. The salesmen (Jon and Jeff) were very good to deal with and I was very happy with them. As part of the purchase contract the lights were to be fixed. We took the Jeep in to the service department where it stayed for the day - I was called by a service adviser at the end of the day who said they had ordered the parts and would call me. Two weeks later after having not heard a word from anyone I called and the service department had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. After several calls where I was hung up on I contacted Jeff the salesman who arranged for the Jeep to be repaired. My daughter dropped off the Jeep in the morning and at 5:00 p.m. I had to call having not heard a word from the service department. When I finally spoke with someone, they again had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. I spoke with Jeff (the salesman) who had to go to the service department - arranged himself to have the Jeep taken to an outside company to fix the lights. Two days later - at the end of the day, I had to once again speak with Jeff who was able to determine the Jeep had just arrived - because no one from the service department called. My daughter picked up the Jeep and the lights finally work. Jon called and spoke with me and apologized for the horrible lack of effort or any service (quite a misnomer) completely absent from the service department. If not for Jeff and Jon the salesmen I would never consider either a Jeep or Dependable Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram again. More

Always seemed to be in a rush to get you out the door... they were not unfriendly just felt like a number instead of caring. Also recieved an email after the service that I brought the Jeep back in under a they were not unfriendly just felt like a number instead of caring.
