Absolutely WORST experience ever, I would NOT recommend anyone here. Kevin in used sales and his manager Johnathan failed dodge as a unit. I purchased my vehicle on a Thursday, didn’t receive vehicle until anyone here. Kevin in used sales and his manager Johnathan failed dodge as a unit. I purchased my vehicle on a Thursday, didn’t receive vehicle until Friday the following week mind you all this work they needed to do was not made aware to me until AFTER payment was received. I spent over $300 in Uber fees after JUST purchasing vehicle! Johnathan states he was aware of Kevin’s tendency to over promise and under deliver but nothing was done to compensate the terrible experience it’s almost like he knew and was okay with was going on. Today I get a call from my insurance company to verify information turns out I’m facing policy cancellation because it was set up incorrectly at the time of purchase by my sales representative Kevin. Everytime I call Kevin he says he’s going to look into and follow up but NEVER does so I have to keep calling and calling not mention I had to go to the dealership not once not twice but THREE times because the lady handling contract paperwork forgot to have me sign a form not once not twice but THREE times. I don’t think anyone is capable of doing their job properly at this dealership it’s amazing they’re still open. More
