False Promises When I was buying my truck, the salesperson (brother of owner) included a bed liner for $550 which was added to the price of my new truck. Once I was When I was buying my truck, the salesperson (brother of owner) included a bed liner for $550 which was added to the price of my new truck. Once I was at the finance department stage, the finance woman took the agreed total price and translated it to her documents, never noting that the total price included a bed liner. I paid the total price in cash and when I went back to get my bed liner, the person who wrote it up forgot who I was and never remembered a bed liner. They told me to talk to the owner, and he never returned my call or responded. So, to me, I was cheated and not even given the respect of someone following through. More

I went there to pay cash for my car. While I was waiting for the paperwork the salesman told me he’d wash my car, fill the tank and check all of the fluids breaks etc.. he said they took care of the servic for the paperwork the salesman told me he’d wash my car, fill the tank and check all of the fluids breaks etc.. he said they took care of the service fluids etc the car wasn’t washed there was no gas in it and then i got an email with a list of things that my car needs for service. A Fast and Easy Transaction I went to Dependable Dodge to just look around. Jeff was my salesman and was really helpful. This was a no nonsense transaction. I saw the truck, they I went to Dependable Dodge to just look around. Jeff was my salesman and was really helpful. This was a no nonsense transaction. I saw the truck, they gave me a fair price, which I checked against numerous dealerships in southern California and it couldn't be beat. I told them I had 20 minutes to sign paperwork and it should be ready when I came back to the dealership. It was, and I bought the car in 20 minutes without any hassles. They even threw in new floor mats. I bought a 2017 full cab Laramie with rhino bedliner and towing hitch. It's my first truck! I LOVE IT! More
