I would recommend the dealership. But my salesman…..NO!!! I have been waiting since March 2025 for a salesman by the name of Angel Velazquez to give me a call back about the windshiel But my salesman…..NO!!! I have been waiting since March 2025 for a salesman by the name of Angel Velazquez to give me a call back about the windshield in my car and it is July 5, 2025 and I have yet to hear from him. I’ve called numerous times, sent emailed and texts and to no avail have I gotten a response. As of June 2025, I have had my car in to be service, spoke with the service manager by the name of Derek Randall. He promised me that my salesman would reach out to schedule a date for my windshield to be replaced. That’s been since June 2025. NO ONE has called, email or texted me. It’s now July 5, 2025 and I haven’t heard from anyone at the dealership this is a big disappointment to me. Because I trusted the salesman, who guaranteed me that he would’ve had my windshield replaced and I haven’t. I’m POSITIVE he’s received his commission, So the xxxx with the customer!!!! More

Beware of Nissan of Summerville – Dishonest and Untrustworthy I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Summerville. They sold me a used vehicle that turned out to have major engine issues. Not Untrustworthy I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Summerville. They sold me a used vehicle that turned out to have major engine issues. Not long after purchase, the engine completely blew, despite regular maintenance and no warning signs. I bought this car in good faith and even paid for a warranty, thinking I’d have some peace of mind if anything went wrong. Now that the worst has happened, they’re refusing to properly submit a warranty claim and are trying to charge me additional money for repairs that should clearly be covered. They’re passing the blame, dodging responsibility, and treating me like I’m the problem when they sold me a this certified car in the first place. Save yourself the stress, time, and money go anywhere else. This dealership is the definition of shady business practices and zero accountability. I’m deeply disappointed and will never recommend Nissan of Summerville to anyone. More
