Very friendly and would recommend the online service of sending work orders and invoices compared to phone calls. More

I came to Capitol Jeep based upon their ratings here and other dealership review sites after a horrible experience where I bought my Certified Jeep from after a problem occurred. My initial phone call wa other dealership review sites after a horrible experience where I bought my Certified Jeep from after a problem occurred. My initial phone call was promptly picked and I was asked how my call could be directed. Service promptly picked up and after a short discussion about my issue an appointment was made. Gary soon followed up and we again discussed the issue and the paperwork I had for the vehicle and he told me how it would proceede and promised updates would given. The next update I got, Gary told me that the Costguard coverage I had purchased from the other dealership would be covering the repairs. Gary contacted me regularly to give me updates while my vehicle was there. Excellent communication. I waited a bit longer to give my review of Capitol, Gary assured me the vehicle was repaired so I tried to make the problem happen, it didn't so I believe he's right. Excellent communication with regular updates, I am totally satisfied with my experience here. I have no problem driving the extra distance to a dealership that has my trust. I'm one of those people to let others know of my bad experiences to try and save them the headaches that I had and want to make sure to let them know my good experiences. This is a good one and would have no reservations to recommend Capitol Jeep and their service department. More

Do not use this dealer for your service needs they do not honor Maintenance packages sold by other dealer even if they are through Mopar. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee for my truck that is still honor Maintenance packages sold by other dealer even if they are through Mopar. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee for my truck that is still under factory warranty with only 24k miles to check for a vibration that has been there since day one! Beware stay far far away! Also they had the truck all day and didn’t even do the oil change the one thing they would honor on the package! More
