The first brand that came to my mind was Ford, my husband and I have a 57 Ranchero. I love the style of the Ford Exploreres, so I decided to look while I was out. Well, it was the perfect color, but, once I sat inside, it was so big. Wes came out and showed me the Edge, fell in love with it! Wasn't the color I originally thought I wanted, better. He introduced me to Zach and it was a perfect experience. I was so comfortable with him, made me feel the way I wanted to be treated as a first time looker and buying woman. I explained what I was looking for and why and I knew it was my time. My overall experience was one to remember, I was not pressured, pushed, out smarted or talked down to. I fell in love after my first drive. Letting my granddaughter help with the color, I sealed the deal. Zach treated me as if I were his mom. Very patient, honest, knowledgeable of his position. I walked away a very satisfied, customer. I feel I have new friends and am pretty sure my husband would be pleased with my choice. Thank you Carriage Ford. More
