During my wait all my questions were answered quickly by management. As soon as my car arrived I got pictures of it right off the trailer and was told mine was put first to be inspected and detailed. When I finally came into the showroom I told my salesman Jared I had some new decals to put on the car and how much it would cost. We went to the body shop and I was told they would do it free of charge. The sales process was fast, friendly and honest. Everyone I spoke to (Jared, Chase, Wes, Jeff and Derek) always had a smile on there face and complemented me on my purchase. I've bought cars here before and I definitely feel like family. More

I normally hate car buying but the staff at Carriage Ford made us feel welcome and relaxed. No high stress sales, no stress period. My wife and I were amazed when they got us a better deal than we could have hoped for and did it in record time. The entire process was less than 2 hours.
