They were training a new fiance guy and I waited 3-1/2 hours just to sign papers cause i already had my bank stuff done. That being said I was 4 hours away from this place and worked with them over the phone on getting the truck. The only negative thing I can say about that is this was the first time I didn't go to the dealership for financing I had to get them to send my bank a buyer's order with all the information my bank wanted. I had to call several times to do this not their fault because honestly I didn't really know what i needed being the first time but that's not the bad part I'm talking about i spoke with several different people and the thing i didn't like was every one of them asked me if we could finance through them. Being I didn't want to finance through them it aggravated me they were so aggressive with it. Probably happens at every dealership but that's that. All in all I would recommend this dealership. They were every nice offered us pizza while we waited and as soon as they were done with their client they were working with had me done in 15 mins and driving home. Definitely will go back and next time have all my stuff done before I come to them. Thank you derek More

I live in Florida, my son lives in New York (the truck is for him), and the truck is in Texas. We keep in touch 2 or 3 times a day if necessary to make sure that everything goes right.
